Modified asphalt equipment is a series of processes used in asphalt processing and paving. Today, the editor will mainly talk about the details of the use of modified asphalt equipment. I hope this will be helpful for you to use modified asphalt equipment in the future:

After unpacking the emulsifier of the modified asphalt equipment, install the oil outlet pipe under the grinding head with the connecting insulation pipe. During assembly, be careful not to leak sand and other hard impurities into the grinding head to prevent damage to the grinding head, stator, and rotor during startup (filters should be installed on the emulsifier pipeline and asphalt pipeline). During emulsification production, the temperature of the emulsifier and asphalt (modified asphalt) should be strictly controlled so that the emulsifier and asphalt oil mixture in the modified asphalt equipment can pass smoothly through the rotor-stator gap of the emulsifier.
If the emulsifier grinding head does not have a heating jacket, an appropriate amount of diesel must be added before use, and the emulsifier must be circulated for 3 to 5 minutes to generate heat in the machine body (the temperature after operation is about 80 to 100 degrees). Open the gate valve on the oil outlet pipe and release the diesel in the machine. The temperature of the emulsifier grinding head is about 80~100 degrees. Only in this way can the material be discharged and put into production. If there is a heating jacket, preheat the grinding head before starting the machine, and then discharge the material into production.
When feeding production, be sure to open the modified asphalt equipment emulsion valve first, and then open the asphalt valve to prevent the stator from biting. The dial is generally adjusted to 0 when leaving the factory. The gap becomes larger when adjusted to the right. The change of a small grid on the dial is 0.01 mm.
