Slurry seal construction process
1: Neatly equipped construction personnel and construction task allocation
Slurry seal construction requires a construction team with knowledge, construction experience and skills. It should include a team leader, an operator, four drivers (one driver each for slurry seal, loader, tanker and water tanker), and several workers.

2: Preparation work before construction
Materials required for construction: emulsified asphalt/modified emulsified asphalt, mineral materials of a certain grade.
Machinery and equipment: slurry seal machine, tool car, loader, mineral material screening machine, etc.
Traffic control should be carried out before construction, and the reinforcement and cleaning of the original road surface have been completed as required. Construction personnel have taken protective measures for various ancillary facilities on the road.
3: Traffic control and control:
The newly paved slurry seal pavement must have a period of maintenance and molding. During the maintenance and molding period, vehicles and pedestrians should be strictly prohibited from entering.
4: Slurry seal construction procedures:
Inspection of original road surface - repair of original road surface defects - closure and control of traffic - cleaning of road surface - staking out and laying out - paving - repair and trimming - early maintenance - opening of traffic.
