Before starting the whole machine every day, be sure to start the air compressor and manually test whether the opening and closing actions of the three weighing doors and the mixing tank door are normal and whether the detection signals are normal; if the above manual testing machine is normal, restart the asphalt injection pump. , test the injection pump, and at the same time turn on the asphalt circulation pump to check whether it can start normally; if it is normal, enter the normal start of the entire machine. Before starting the auto-ignition of the dry drum burner, be sure to start the asphalt station induction draft fan (with appropriate air dampers) and the burner blower and let them run for a few minutes before entering the burner auto-ignition program. This is mainly to completely discharge the smoke in the drying drum and avoid the possibility of explosion of the drying drum or dust box explosion during the ignition of the burner, especially when ignition occurs more than two times in a row and ignition fails. Re-ignition in the drying drum remains high. When triggered again, you must pay more attention to this detail.
After the burner of the asphalt mixing plant is ignited, wait until the exhaust temperature reaches 100°C before starting to load cold materials. If the material is loaded too early, heating the cold aggregate when there is still moisture in the bag will cause the moisture in the bag to adhere to the bone dust, which will block the air gap of the bag and affect the function of the dust removal belt.
When shutting down the asphalt mixing plant, after reaching the shutdown condition, keep the drying drum, induced draft fan and dust removal system running for about 5 minutes, and then shut down all equipment. This is mainly to allow the drying drum to fully dissipate heat to avoid deformation of the drying drum due to excessive closing temperature. At the same time, the operation of the induced draft fan and dust removal system reduces the dust attached to the cloth belt, thereby reducing the impact of dust on the breathability of the cloth belt due to moisture.
