1. Pay attention to the solvent penetration when using emulsified bitumen. Because emulsified bitumen contains permeable materials and can penetrate into the capillary pores of cement concrete to a depth of 3mm-5mm, it may block the capillary seepage pores after curing.

2. In the process of using emulsified bitumen, pay attention to the reaction curing effect. The initially cured waterproof bonding layer will produce a slight dissolution phenomenon under high temperature environment, and the aggregate particles will be embedded in the waterproof bonding layer under rolling action. However, in this process, there may be uneven melting or insufficient rolling pressure, which will affect the performance of emulsified bitumen.

    Emulsified modified asphalt equipment is classified according to the production process and can be divided into three types: intermittent emulsified modified asphalt equipment, semi-continuous emulsified modified asphalt equipment, and continuous emulsified modified asphalt equipment.
