Preventive pavement maintenance is a periodic mandatory maintenance measure, which is taken to restore the pavement surface service function when the pavement structure strength is sufficient and only the surface function is attenuated. New preventive maintenance technologies such as super-viscous fiber-added low-noise micro-surfacing and synchronous gravel seal have been widely used on the main lines of national highways, and the construction effect has been widely praised by customers.
Super-viscous fiber-added low-noise micro-surfacing starts with the gradation of micro-surfacing and the main material modified emulsified asphalt. By reducing the structural depth of the micro-surfacing and changing the distribution state of the coarse and fine materials on the surface of the micro-surfacing, the driving noise is reduced, while ensuring its anti-skid performance, effectively improving its adhesion, waterproofness, durability and crack resistance, and can solve the defects of easy detachment, excessive noise and reflective cracks of ordinary micro-surfacing.
