Two faults in the gas circuit of asphalt mixing plants
In fact, asphalt mixing stations are not uncommon in our daily lives. They are mainly a unit of equipment specially designed to mix asphalt. What we really don’t understand is the gas system of the asphalt mixing station. Only correct maintenance And operation can bring out the best production effect. So what are the faults in the gas circuit of asphalt mixing station?

In fact, asphalt mixing stations are not uncommon in our daily lives. They are mainly a unit of equipment specially designed to mix asphalt. What we really don’t understand is the gas system of the asphalt mixing station. Only correct maintenance And operation can bring out the best production effect. So what are the faults in the gas circuit of asphalt mixing station?
The following three points are the more common gas path failures of asphalt mixing stations:
1. Failure phenomena in the gas source of asphalt mixing station:
In fact, there are many faults in the air source of asphalt mixing stations, and the components that appear are not all fixed. Among them, the internal pressure reducing valve, compressed air processing components, pipelines and air compressors, etc., are relatively easy and Air source failures often occur, but the solutions are relatively simple and convenient.
Let’s take the air compressor as an example. What is more common is that the check valve and piston ring are damaged, or the air filter is severely clogged, causing the entire pressure to rise slowly, etc., but if it is a pipeline If so, there will often be leakage in the hose due to the location of the joint.
In addition, the failure of the pressure reducing valve is also relatively common. The most common failure should be that the pressure cannot be adjusted upward, causing the operation and use of the equipment to be seriously affected. The pressure regulating spring is seriously broken, or the diaphragm is ruptured, etc. , phenomena such as this will lead to insufficient pressure adjustment.
2. Faults in the reversing valve of the asphalt mixing station:
The common ones are that the reversing valve of the asphalt mixing station cannot change direction, or the entire reversing action is relatively slow, causing serious damage to the sealing ring of the valve core, and the pilot solenoid valve is in the air inlet and exhaust hole. The hole is severely clogged, causing the entire reversing valve to be unable to reverse direction normally.
Regarding the above-mentioned failure of the reversing valve of the asphalt mixing station, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricator is in good working condition, and the lubricating oil application must be moderate, and the normal cleaning of small parts must be in place to ensure a good Cleanliness means timely replacement of damaged parts to reduce the occurrence rate of failures.
