He emphasized Kenya's position as the center of Chinese enterprises' investment in Africa and aimed to establish a strategic partnership between the two countries and their peoples. Kenya particularly hopes to deepen its relationship with China, upgrade Kenya's infrastructure, and promote trade growth between Kenya and China under the "Belt and Road" initiative.
