With the development trend of scientific and technological innovation, the emergence of bitumen de-barreling equipment has brought great convenience to our work and has been widely used in every place. What difficulties must be paid attention to when feeding bitumen de-barreling equipment? However, on the other hand, in order to prevent the emulsified bitumen equipment from weaning when the finished product water evaporates, it is unlikely to overheat the culture medium bitumen barrel temperature. Generally, the finished product temperature at the inlet and outlet of the colloid solution mill should be less than 85℃.

Before starting the control system of the asphalt mixing plant equipments, the following eight aspects should be considered: Is the limit switch normal? Is there any alarm appearing on the operating interface of the computer? Start the oblique belt and flat belt; Start the mixer; Start the mixing plant source air compressor pressure after 0.7MPa pressure to meet the surrounding pressure; Disable the automatic production of concrete switch, "prohibit concrete" file; Switch the operating table of the concrete mixing station control system from "manual" to "automatic"; Then turn on the emergency stop button switch, and then manually control the console power supply, PLC and instrument power supply display normal, open UPS, and turn on the computer for inspection.

Due to the raw materials or the way they are used, asphalt mixing plants will be subject to a certain degree of wear during daily use. If they are not controlled or repaired in time, they may corrode once they are in contact with air, rainwater, etc. for a long time.
