The base layer must be cleaned to ensure that the top surface of the base layer is clean and there is no accumulation of water before starting the permeable oil construction. Before paving with permeable oil, attention should be paid to marking the cracking locations of the base layer (fiberglass gratings can be laid to reduce the hidden danger of cracking of the asphalt pavement in the future).

Check the flatness of the base layer and require all indicators to meet construction standards; check the source, quantity, quality, storage conditions, etc. of raw materials; check the performance and measurement accuracy of construction equipment to ensure normal use of functions.

In asphalt pavement construction, emulsified bitumen is generally used as sticky layer asphalt material. When using emulsified bitumen, it is advisable to use fast-breaking emulsified bitumen, or fast and medium-setting liquid petroleum asphalt or coal asphalt.
