Asphalt mixing station equipment will generate a lot of dust during operation. In order to maintain the air environment, the following are four methods for dealing with dust in asphalt mixing stations:
(1) Improve mechanical equipment
To reduce the amount of dust generated by asphalt mixing station equipment, it is necessary to start with improving asphalt mixing equipment. Through the improvement of the whole machine design, the asphalt mixing process can be fully sealed, and the dust can be controlled within the mixing equipment to reduce dust overflow. To optimize the operation program design of the mixing equipment, attention should be paid to the control of dust overflow in every link of the machine operation, so as to control the dust during the operation of the whole machine. Then, in the actual use of the mixing equipment, the process should be continuously updated, and high-tech technology should be actively used to keep the machine itself in a good condition at all times, so as to control the pollution of dust overflow to a large extent.

(2) Wind dust removal method
Use cyclone dust collector to remove dust. Since this old-fashioned dust collector can only remove larger dust particles, it still cannot remove some small dust particles. Therefore, the old-fashioned wind dust removal effect is not very good. Some particles with smaller diameters are still discharged into the atmosphere, causing pollution to the surrounding environment and failing to meet the dust treatment requirements.
Therefore, the design of wind dust collectors is also being continuously improved. By designing multiple sets of cyclone dust collectors of different sizes and using them in combination, various sizes of particles can be screened and removed separately, and smaller particles of dust can be sucked out to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment.
(3) Wet dust removal method
Wet dust removal is for wind dust removal. The working principle of wet dust collector is to use the adhesion of water to dust to perform dust removal operations. Heze Asphalt Mixing Plant Manufacturer
However, wet dust removal has a higher degree of dust treatment and can effectively remove dust generated during mixing. However, since water is used as the raw material for dust removal, it causes water pollution. In addition, some construction areas do not have much water resources for dust removal. If wet dust removal methods are used, water resources need to be transported from a distance, which increases production costs. Overall, wet dust removal cannot fully meet the requirements of social development.
(4) Bag dust removal method
Bag dust removal is a more suitable dust removal mode in asphalt mixing. Bag dust removal is a dry dust removal mode that is suitable for dust removal of smaller particles and is very suitable for dust removal in asphalt mixing.
Bag dust removal devices use the filtering effect of filter cloth to filter gas. Larger dust particles settle under the action of gravity, while smaller dust particles are filtered out when passing through the filter cloth, thereby achieving the purpose of filtering gas. Bag dust removal is very suitable for removing dust generated during asphalt mixing.
First, bag dust removal does not require the waste of water resources and will not cause secondary pollution. Second, bag dust removal has a better dust removal effect, which is much better than wind dust removal. Then bag dust removal can also collect dust in the air. When it accumulates to a certain extent, it can be recycled and reused.
