Bitumen melter plant is used to store and use asphalt. Its structure is simple, convenient and easy to operate. When debarreling in the cold winter, the asphalt pump and external pipeline should be kept warm. If the asphalt pump cannot turn, check whether the asphalt pump is stuck by cold asphalt, and do not force the asphalt pump to start. Before operation, the construction requirements, surrounding safety equipment, asphalt storage volume, and various operating parts, appearance, asphalt pumps, and other operating equipment of the bitumen melter plant should be checked to see if they are normal. Only when there is no fault can it be used normally.

How to maintain bitumen melter plant:
1. The area around the debarreling device must be kept clean. After shutdown, the site must be cleaned and the asphalt barrels must be sorted. Check various valves and instruments frequently.
2. Check whether the asphalt pump, gear oil pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, oil cylinder, electric hoist and other components are working properly, and deal with problems in time.
3. Check whether the asphalt outlet is unobstructed frequently. After working for a period of time, the dirt at the bottom of the lower chamber needs to be removed through the drainage hole.
4. Check and clean the hydraulic system frequently, and replace it in time if oil pollution is found.
