After the asphalt spreader has been used for a period of time, many stains will be generated around the equipment. If it is not cleaned for a long time, a thick layer will be formed, which is more difficult to clean. Although the cleaning methods are all known, we need to pay attention to some asphalt spreader issues when cleaning the construction.
As we all know, asphalt spreaders are mainly used in highway construction, and they will cause more stains during use. At this time, we can use diesel engines for cleaning. For stains of a certain wall thickness, we can first clean them by physical methods, and then add diesel engines for cleaning. When the cavern is grease-absorbed and polished, the exhaust system is carried out to ensure ventilation in the workplace. It is easy to cause gas poisoning at any time to completely eliminate the waste at the bottom of the asphalt spreader. It is necessary to do a good job of asphalt spreader protection to avoid poisoning.

In addition, it is necessary to check the technical status of the ventilation and cooling equipment and carry out centrifugal fan ventilation. The cavern asphalt spreader and the semi-basement should be ventilated continuously, and the upper pipe mouth of the asphalt spreader must be sealed when the ventilation is interrupted. Check whether the protective clothing and respirator of the asphalt spreader meet the requirements of the asphalt spreader; check whether the application items and equipment (wooden) meet the explosion-proof requirements, and enter the asphalt spreader to completely eliminate the waste after meeting the standards.
As an asphalt spreader equipment, the asphalt spreader has good characteristics. Its production capacity and the prerequisites it has affect the processing technology of the asphalt spreader. Can the use of asphalt spreaders be environmentally friendly and energy-saving?
Some manufacturers have added an environmental protection device to the equipment they manufacture, a vaporization heat recovery device. Recycle the heat back home to reduce energy consumption. In the production process, as a finished product, the inlet and outlet temperature of emulsified asphalt is generally around 85°C, and the inlet and outlet temperature of demulsified asphalt concrete needs to be above 95°C. The vaporization heat in the emulsified asphalt is not used by many asphalt spreaders, but directly enters the finished product tank, and the heat is lost at will, resulting in energy loss.
In the production process of the asphalt spreader, water, as a production raw material, needs to be heated from room temperature to about 55°C. The heat of vaporization of emulsified asphalt is transferred to the drainage. It is found that after 5 tons of emulsified asphalt is produced, the temperature of the cooling circulating water increases significantly. The production water uses cooling circulating water, and the water basically does not need to be heated. It can save 1/2 of the fuel simply from the energy. Therefore, the use of asphalt spreader can achieve energy saving and environmental protection under the corresponding conditions.
