The shaft end seal of the mixer in the asphalt mixing plant series adopts a combined seal type, which is composed of multiple layers of seals such as rubber seals and steel seals. The quality of the seal affects the overall performance of the entire mixing plant.

Therefore, it is very important to choose a good seal. The fundamental reason for the shaft end leakage of the mixing main machine is the damage of the floating seal. Due to the damage of the seal ring and oil seal, the insufficient oil supply of the lubrication system causes the wear of the sliding hub and the rotating hub; the wear of the bearing caused by the shaft end leakage and the friction with the mixing main shaft cause the shaft end temperature to be too high.
The shaft end of the main machine is a part where the force is concentrated, and the service life of the parts will be greatly reduced under the action of high-intensity stress. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the seal ring, oil seal, sliding hub and rotating hub in the shaft end sealing device in time; and the bearing on the side of the main machine shaft end leakage uses original sealing accessories, so as to avoid different sizes and wear quickly, which also damages the mixing shaft. Check the lubrication system in time:
1. Wear on the rotating shaft of the main oil pump of the lubrication system
2. The plunger of the pressure gauge interface of the main oil pump of the lubrication system cannot work properly
3. The valve core of the safety valve of the progressive oil distributor in the lubrication system is blocked and the oil distribution cannot be performed
Due to the failure of the shaft end centralized lubrication system caused by the above reasons, the main oil pump of the lubrication system needs to be replaced.
