In the production process of emulsified asphalt, water, as a production raw material, needs to be heated from room temperature to about 55℃. After 5 tons of emulsified asphalt is produced, as the temperature of circulating water gradually increases, the production water uses circulating water, and the water basically does not need to be heated, and 1/2 of the fuel can be saved from the energy side alone.
The emulsified asphalt equipment adds an environmental protection device, a latent heat recovery device. Recover the heat and reduce energy consumption.
