The

Composition of
bitumen emulsion equipment: It consists of bitumen transition tank, emulsion blending tank, finished product tank, speed-regulating asphalt pump, speed-regulating emulsion pump, emulsifier, finished product delivery pump, electrical control cabinet, large floor pipes and valves, etc.
Features of the equipment: It mainly solves the problem of the ratio of oil to water. It adopts two speed-regulating electric arc wheel pumps. According to the ratio of oil to water, the speed of the gear pump is adjusted to meet the ratio requirements. It is intuitive and convenient to operate. , the oil and water enter the emulsifying machine through two pumps for emulsification. The emulsified bitumen equipment produced by our company has the characteristics of combining the stator and rotor of the smooth colloid mill, reticulated groove colloid mill: increasing the reticulation improves the emulsification machine Shear density is the biggest feature among them. 1. Prepare the soap solution according to the blending ratio provided by the emulsifier manufacturer, add a stabilizer as needed, and adjust the temperature of the soap solution to the range of 40-50 °C;
2. Heating bitumen, 70# bitumen is controlled in 140-145 ℃ scope, and 90# bitumen is controlled in 130~135 ℃ scope;
3. Check whether the power system is normal, and follow the electrical operating procedures;
4. Start the heat transfer oil circulation system to ensure that the emulsifier is fully preheated, subject to the fact that the rotor of the emulsifier can be rotated freely by hand;
5. Adjust the gap between the stator and the rotor of the emulsifier according to the instruction manual of the emulsifier;
6. Put the prepared soap liquid and bitumen into two containers according to the ratio of soap liquid: asphalt II 40:60 (total weight not exceeding 10kg).
7. Start the emulsifier (it is forbidden to start the soap liquid pump and asphalt pump);
8. After the emulsifier is running normally, slowly pour the measured soap liquid and asphalt into the funnel at the same time (note that the soap liquid should enter the funnel slightly in advance), and let the emulsifier grind repeatedly;
9. Observe the condition of the emulsion. After the emulsion is ground evenly, open the valve 1, and put the ground emulsified asphalt into a container;
10. Conduct various index tests on emulsified asphalt;
11. Based on the test results, decide how to adjust the amount of emulsifier; or combine the technical requirements for emulsified asphalt to determine whether the emulsifier is suitable for the project: if it is necessary to adjust the amount of emulsifier, repeat the above operations.
