Regardless of the application of emulsified asphalt equipment or other related equipment, in the application required for proper maintenance work, today we introduce professional technicians to do the following 3 points to effectively improve the utilization rate of asphalt equipment:

1. When the emulsified asphalt plant is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the pipeline and storage tank should be discharged, the lid should be sealed and kept clean, and all moving parts are lubricated. When it is used for the first time and disabled for a long time, the rust of the oil tank should be removed and the water filter should be cleaned regularly.
2. When the outdoor temperature is lower than -5℃, the emulsified asphalt production equipment shall not store the product without insulation device, and it shall be discharged in time to avoid freezing and demulsification of emulsified asphalt.
3. The gap between the stator and the rotor of the emulsified asphalt equipment should be checked regularly. When the machine cannot meet the smaller gap requirements, the stator and rotor should be replaced.
