No matter the application of emulsion bitumen equipment or other related equipment, in the application of appropriate maintenance work, today we introduce professional technicians to do the following 3 points to effectively improve the utilization rate of bitumen equipment:

1. When the emulsion bitumen plant is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the pipeline and storage tank should be discharged, the lid should be sealed, kept clean, and all moving parts are lubricated. When it is used for the first time and disabled for a long time, the rust of the oil tank should be removed, and the water filter should be cleaned regularly.
2. When the outdoor temperature is lower than -5℃, the emulsion bitumen equipment shall not store the product without insulation device, and it should be discharged in time to avoid freezing and demulsification of emulsion bitumen.
3. The gap between the stator and the rotor of the emulsified asphalt equipment should be checked regularly. When the machine cannot meet the smaller gap requirements, the stator and rotor should be replaced.
