(1) The emulsifier and pump motors, mixers, valves should be maintained every day.
(2) The emulsifier should be cleaned after each shift.
(3) The flow of the pump should be controlled, its accuracy should be tested regularly, and timely adjusted and maintained. The gap between the stator and the rotor of the asphalt emulsifier should be checked regularly. When the smaller gap cannot be reached, the stator and rotor of the motor should be replaced.
(4) When the equipment is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the water tank and pipeline should be drained (the emulsifier aqueous solution should not be stored for a long time, and the covers should be tightly closed to keep clean and the lubricating oil of each moving part should be removed. When it is used again after being disabled for the first time and for a long time, the rust in the tank should be removed and the water filter should be cleaned regularly.
(5) The terminal cabinet should regularly check whether the wires are worn and loose, and whether they are removed during shipment to avoid mechanical damage. The variable frequency speed controller is a precision instrument. For specific use and maintenance, please refer to the user manual.
(6) When the outdoor temperature is below -5℃, the emulsified asphalt product tank should not be insulated and the product should be discharged in time to avoid freezing and demulsification of the emulsified asphalt.
(7) For the heat transfer oil pipeline heated by the emulsifier aqueous solution in the stirring tank, put the water into the cold water, turn off the heat transfer oil switch first, add water and then heat the switch. Pouring cold water directly into the high-temperature heat transfer oil pipeline is easy to crack.
