Our company has been engaged in the production of bitumen meltering equipment for many years. The equipment has the characteristics of rapid melter, good environmental protection, no asphalt hanging barrels, strong adaptability, good dehydration, automatic slag removal, safety and reliability, and convenient relocation.

However, asphalt is a high-temperature product. Once improperly operated, it is very easy to cause serious consequences. So what regulations must we follow when operating? Let's ask professional technicians to help us explain:
1. Before the operation, the construction requirements, surrounding safety facilities, asphalt storage volume, and the operating parts of the bitumen melter machine, instruments, asphalt pumps, and other working devices should be checked to see if they are normal. Only when there is no fault can it be used normally.
2. The asphalt barrel should have a large opening at one end and a vent at the other end so that the barrel can be ventilated when melter and the asphalt is not absorbed.
3. Use a wire brush or other device to remove the soil and other pollutants attached to the outside of the barrel to reduce the slag in the barrel.
4. For tubular or directly heated bitumen decanter machines, the temperature should be raised slowly at the beginning to prevent asphalt from overflowing the pot.
5. When the asphalt barreling machine that heats asphalt with heat transfer oil starts working, the temperature should be raised slowly to remove the water in the heat transfer oil, and then the heat transfer oil should be introduced into the barreling machine to remove the barrels.
6. For the barreling machine that uses waste gas to remove barrels, after all the asphalt barrels enter the barreling room, the waste gas conversion switch should be turned to the side of the barreling room. When the empty barrels are pulled out and filled, the waste gas conversion switch should be turned to the side directly leading to the chimney.
7. When the asphalt temperature in the asphalt room reaches above 85℃, the asphalt pump should be turned on for internal circulation to accelerate the asphalt heating rate.
8. For the barreling machine that directly heats up to the experimental temperature, it is better not to pump out the asphalt removed from the batch of asphalt barrels, but to keep it as asphalt for internal circulation. In the future, a certain amount of asphalt should be retained each time the asphalt is pumped, so that the asphalt can be used as early as possible in the heating process. The asphalt pump is used for internal circulation to accelerate the melting and heating rate of the asphalt.
