When debugging the control system, first reset the emergency button, close the power open switch in the electrical cabinet, and then turn on the branch circuit breakers, control circuit power switch, and control room power switch in turn to observe whether there are any abnormalities in the electrical system. If there are any, check them immediately; turn on the buttons of each motor to test whether the direction of the motor is correct. If not, adjust it immediately; start the air pump of the concrete mixing station, and after the air pressure reaches the requirement, start each air control door in turn according to the button marking to check whether the action is flexible; adjust the microcomputer to zero and adjust the sensitivity; check whether the switch of the air compressor is normal, whether the pressure gauge display is correct, and adjust the safety valve pressure to the standard range; test run the mixer to see if there is any abnormal sound and whether each component can work normally; when debugging the belt conveyor, it needs to be operated. During the operation, check whether each roller is flexible. Observe the belt carefully. There should be no swaying, deviation, edge grinding, slipping, deformation, etc.; when debugging the concrete batching machine, be sure to press the batching button more times to see whether it is flexible and the accuracy that can be configured, and then refer to it when debugging the batching.
