Generally speaking, we recommend that you consider stainless steel. Secondly, the production process of modified asphalt equipment is basically carried out in a neutral environment. It is necessary to remind everyone that modified asphalt is a high shear process. We also need to fully consider the hardness of the stator and rotor materials. Therefore, in order to better produce modified asphalt equipment, we can choose high-hardness carbon steel.

The modified asphalt emulsification equipment works through the following process:
1. After the emulsified asphalt is produced, the latex modifier is added, that is, emulsification first and then modification;
2. The latex modifier is mixed into the emulsifier aqueous solution, and then put into the colloid mill together with the asphalt to produce modified emulsified asphalt;
3. The latex modifier, emulsifier aqueous solution and asphalt are put into the colloid mill at the same time to produce modified emulsified asphalt (the two methods 2 and 3 can be collectively referred to as emulsification and modification);
4. The modified asphalt is emulsified to produce emulsified modified asphalt.
