Steps to replace the stator and rotor of a colloid mill:
1. Loosen the handle of the colloid mill, turn it counterclockwise, and start to swing slightly left and right after it moves to the slipping state and slowly lift it up.
2. Replace the rotor: After removing the stator disk, when you see the rotor on the base, first loosen the blade on the rotor, lift the rotor up with the help of a tool, replace it with a new rotor, and then screw the blade back.
3. Replace the stator: Unscrew the three/four hexagonal screws on the stator disk, and pay attention to the small steel balls on the back at this time; after disassembling, unscrew the four hexagonal screws that fix the stator one by one,
and then take out the stator to replace the new stator, and install it back according to the disassembly steps.
