Because when the vehicle speed is faster, the amount of asphalt spread per unit time becomes larger, while the amount of asphalt spread per unit area remains unchanged, and changes in vehicle speed have a greater impact on the lateral uniformity. 3. Improve asphalt properties
If the viscosity of the asphalt is large, the flow resistance of the asphalt will be large, the injection molding will be small, and the overlap number will be reduced. 4. Make the height of the spray pipe from the ground adjustable and closed-loop control
Since the spray fan angle will be affected by factors such as vehicle speed, asphalt type, temperature, viscosity, etc., the height above the ground should be determined based on construction experience and adjusted based on this: If the height of the sprinkler pipe from the ground is too high, the impact of asphalt spraying will be reduced. force, weakening the "impact-splash-homogenization" effect; the height of the spray pipe from the ground is too low, which will reduce the number of overlapping asphalt spray sectors.
