For the asphalt mixer of the vibrating screen: run one trip without load, and restart the trip again. After replacing the new thermal relay, the fault still exists. Check the contact, the resistance of the motor, the grounding resistance and voltage, etc., and no problems were found; pull down the transmission belt, start the vibrating screen, the ammeter indicates normal, and there is no problem with tripping for 30 minutes without load operation. The fault is not in the electrical part. After refitting the transmission belt, the vibrating screen was found to be more seriously defeated by the eccentric block.
Disconnect the eccentric block, start the vibrating screen, the ammeter shows 15 years; the magnetic meter is fixed to the vibrating screen box plate, the radial runout is checked by marking the shaft, and the maximum radial runout is 3.5 mm; the maximum ovality of the bearing inner diameter is 0.32 mm. Replace the vibrating screen bearing, install the eccentric block, restart the vibrating screen, and the ammeter indicates normal. No more travel.
