In the process of asphalt mixing plant, heating is one of the indispensable links, so the heating system must be set up in the asphalt mixing station. This system will fail under the influence of various factors, which means that the heating system must be modified.
We found that when the asphalt mixing plant is running under low temperature, the asphalt circulation pump and spray pump cannot operate, causing the asphalt in the asphalt scale to solidify, resulting in the asphalt mixing station being unable to produce normally. After inspection, it was proved that the temperature of the asphalt conveying pipeline did not meet the requirements, which caused the asphalt in the pipeline to solidify.
There are four possible reasons for the specific reasons. One is that the high-level oil tank of the heat transfer oil is too low, resulting in poor circulation of the heat transfer oil; another is that the inner layer of the double-layer pipe is eccentric; another is that the heat transfer oil pipeline is too long; or the heat transfer oil pipeline has not taken effective insulation measures, etc., which affects the heating effect.
Based on the above analysis and conclusions, it is necessary to modify the heat transfer oil heating system of the asphalt mixing station. The specific measures include raising the position of the oil replenishment tank; installing an exhaust valve; trimming the conveying pipe; adding a booster pump and an insulation layer. After the improvements, the temperature of the asphalt mixing plant reached the requirements and all components operated normally.
