As the main equipment for asphalt processing, asphalt mixing plant will be used in many engineering construction projects. Even if there have been many improvements in the performance and quality of the equipment, its pollution problem is still very serious. Obviously, this is inconsistent with our environmental protection and energy-saving requirements. I wonder if there is a special environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant?

Asphalt mixing plants are mainly determined according to the actual conditions of the construction site, so that they can meet production needs and give full play to the effectiveness of the mixing plant. Of course, the selection of asphalt mixing plants is bound to be not that simple, and there are many factors that need to be considered, with the focus on the following aspects.

After the block bitumen melting equipment is metered and calibrated, it is unloaded onto the far-rotating conveyor belt. The block bitumen melting equipment is sent to the inclined belt conveyor by the conveyor belt, and the inclined belt conveyor is transported to the waiting hopper inside the mixer to wait for instructions. At the same time, concrete and fly ash are transported by the screw conveyor to their respective metering and calibration hoppers for metering and calibration. Emulsified bitumen equipments can be classified into three types according to the process flow: intermittent operation, semi-continuous operation, and continuous operation. The drive device is one of the important components of the asphalt mixing plant, so whether it can be reliably operated must be highly valued to avoid adverse effects on the entire asphalt mixing plant. In order to ensure that the drive device in the asphalt mixing plant is indeed complete and reliable, the following maintenance measures are essential.

One is to be familiar with the route of the construction site, because the transportation distance of asphalt directly affects the quality of asphalt, so when building an asphalt soil mixing plant, comprehensive consideration must be given to fully meet the needs of the site. The distribution of asphalt should be fully confirmed according to the construction drawings to facilitate the positioning of the approximate center of the asphalt mixing plant.
