Installation and usage guidelines for asphalt mixer discharging system
After the asphalt is mixed in the asphalt mixer, it will be discharged through a special discharging system, which is also a link in the asphalt mixing work. Even so, there are caveats.
For the discharging system of the asphalt mixers, first of all, it is necessary to ensure that its installation is stable; secondly, after each mixing is completed, the residual amount of the discharging material must be controlled at about 5% of the discharging capacity, which is also to ensure the mixing efficiency. At the same time, cleaning the inside of the mixer will help extend the service life of the equipment.
After the asphalt is discharged from the mixer, the door needs to be closed reliably and checked to see if there is any residual slurry blocking or slurry leakage and other undesirable phenomena. If so, it must be paid attention to and timely inspection and repair are required.
