I. Main features of the product
1. Drive system
This equipment uses hydraulic pumps and motors to achieve large-scale spreading of asphalt.
2. Insulated asphalt tank
The asphalt tank uses thick steel plates and partitions are set inside the tank to strengthen the strength of the tank. When the spreader is fully loaded on the ramp, the impact of asphalt on the front and rear ends of the tank is reduced.
The stainless steel plate tank skin and the tool boxes on both sides of the tank are beautiful, practical, easy to clean, and not easy to rust.
The U-shaped distribution of the heat transfer oil heating pipeline in the tank has high heating efficiency.

3. Heat transfer oil circulation heating system
The heat transfer oil pump realizes oil absorption and oil pressure to circulate the heat transfer oil
U-shaped heat transfer oil furnace is used, which is installed in the asphalt tank. The heated heat transfer oil is transported to different heating components through the connecting pipeline, and the heat transfer oil is sent back to the heat transfer oil furnace through the oil pump. The oil circuit is equipped with a heat transfer oil expansion tank, a heat transfer oil pump, a filter and a temperature sensor. Indirect heating, the temperature can be adjusted as needed, and the asphalt will never be burned. The coil effect allows the heat transfer oil to circulate through the pipeline from the outlet to the inlet of the heat transfer oil furnace. The asphalt in the tank and the asphalt in the asphalt pipeline are heated to 60-210°C;
4. Burner
Advantages: Purchase Italian Riello burner, diesel combustion heating, indirect heating with a combustion chamber with special heat transfer oil, will never burn the asphalt, and the temperature can be monitored at any time.
2. Technical superiority over similar domestic equipment
1. Computerized control, automatic control operation using touch screen, clear control interface flow, beautiful and reliable pictures, and friendly human-machine interface. Dual control mode can realize automatic control and manual control, and is easy to operate and flexible to control.
2. The tank volume is large, which can meet the needs of highway construction to reduce the number of asphalt spreaders returning to the warehouse during construction and improve work efficiency. The spreading width can be adjusted between 0m and 6m. The nozzles are controlled independently or in groups. Within the range of the spreading width, the actual spreading width can be set at any time on site. The unique arrangement of the nozzles can achieve triple overlapping spreading, and the spraying amount is more uniform.
3. The insulation layer of the tank body and the internal heat transfer oil heating coil of the Luda asphalt spreader have been strictly calculated to meet the asphalt heating and insulation during the construction process. The asphalt temperature rise should reach more than 10℃/hour, and the average temperature drop of asphalt should be less than 1℃/hour.
4. The rotating part of the asphalt spraying rod is reasonably designed to ensure the free rotation of the spraying rod; the safety and ease of operation of the whole vehicle are optimized.
