The asphalt mixing plant is one of the main equipment for producing asphalt concrete. It can mix asphalt, gravel, cement and other materials in a certain proportion to obtain the products required for highway construction. In order to ensure its operating effect, the asphalt mixing plant also needs to be powered on for test run before it is officially put into work.
The first step of the test run is to operate a single motor and check the current, steering, insulation and mechanical transmission parts at the same time. After confirming that each motor and mechanical transmission part is operating correctly, a linked test run is carried out. During the whole process, it is necessary to conduct a patrol inspection of its key parts, and find out the cause and eliminate the abnormal sound in time.
After the power is turned on, turn on the air compressor to make its air pressure reach the rated pressure value. In this link, it can be clearly observed whether there is leakage in the control valve, pipeline, cylinder and other components. Then connect the oil supply and oil return devices, oil supply and oil return pipelines, etc., to ensure that they are not leaking, and use anti-rust components or take anti-rust measures.
Since there are many mechanical parts in the asphalt mixing plant, a complete set of test runs needs to take into account all aspects, such as the hydraulic part, conveying mechanism, dust removal system, etc., none of which can be left out.
