The maintenance content mainly includes the discharge of condensate water, inspection of lubricating oil and management and maintenance of the air compressor system. Since the discharge of condensate involves the entire pneumatic system, water droplets must be prevented from entering the control components.
When the pneumatic device is running, you should check whether the amount of oil dripping from the oil mist device meets the requirements and whether the oil color is normal. Do not mix dust, moisture and other impurities into it. The daily management work of the air compressor system is nothing more than sound, temperature and lubricating oil, etc., ensuring that these cannot exceed the prescribed standards.
