At present, the modified bitumen plants in the market are classified according to the production process. Its production process is intermittent modified bitumen production equipment. During production, the demulsifier, acid, water, and modified bitumen storage tank modified materials are mixed in the soap mixing tank, and then pumped into the micro powder machine with bitumen. When used in the production of modified bitumen storage tanks, according to the different processes of modified materials, the modified bitumen plant pipeline can be connected to the front or back of the micro-powder machine, or there is no dedicated modified bitumen storage tank pipeline, but the required amount of modified bitumen storage tank is manually added to the soap tank. For the semi-rotary modified bitumen storage tank, in fact, the intermittent modified bitumen storage tank is equipped with a soap mixing tank, so that the soap can be mixed alternately to ensure that the soap is continuously sent to the micro-powder machine. At present, a large number of emulsified bitumen production equipment in modified modified bitumen plants belong to this type.
The homogenizer and delivery pump in the modified modified bitumen plant, as well as other motors, agitators, and valves should be maintained on a daily basis. The homogenizer should be cleaned after each shift of the modified bitumen storage tank. The variable speed pump used to adjust the flow rate of the modified bitumen storage tank should be regularly inspected for accuracy, and regularly adjusted and maintained. The stator-to-stator clearance of modified modified bitumen plants should be checked regularly. When the minimum clearance required by the equipment cannot be exceeded, the rotor should be replaced. When the modified bitumen storage tank is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the tank and pipeline should be drained, each plug cover should be tightly closed, kept clean, and each operating component should be filled with grease. When the modified asphalt storage tank is used once and out of use for a long time, the rust in the tank should be removed when it is reopened, and the filter of the modified modified bitumen plants should be cleaned regularly.
