1. The base layer must be cleaned to ensure that the top surface of the base layer is clean and there is no accumulation of water before starting the permeable oil construction. Before paving with permeable oil, attention should be paid to marking the cracking locations of the base layer (fiberglass gratings can be laid to reduce the hidden danger of cracking of the asphalt pavement in the future).
2. When spreading the through-layer oil, attention should be paid to the curbs and other parts in direct contact with the asphalt. This should prevent water from penetrating into the subgrade and damaging the subgrade, causing the pavement to sink.
3. The thickness of the slurry seal layer should be controlled when paving it. It should not be too thick or too thin. If it is too thick, it will be difficult to break the asphalt emulsification and cause certain quality problems.
4. Asphalt mixing: Asphalt mixing must be equipped with full-time personnel to control the temperature, mixing ratio, oil-stone ratio, etc. of the asphalt station.

5. Asphalt transportation: The carriages of transportation vehicles must be painted with anti-adhesive agent or isolating agent, and should be covered with tarpaulin to achieve the role of asphalt insulation. At the same time, the required vehicles should be comprehensively calculated based on the distance from the asphalt station to the paving site to ensure continuous asphalt paving operations.
6. Asphalt paving: Before asphalt paving, the paver should be preheated 0.5-1 hour in advance, and the paving can be started before the temperature is above 100°C. The money for starting paving should ensure the setting-out work, paver driver, and paving. The paving operation can only begin after a dedicated person for the machine and computer board and 3-5 material transport trucks are in place. During the paving process, materials should be replenished in time for areas where mechanical paving is not in place, and it is strictly prohibited to throw away materials.
7. Asphalt compaction: Steel wheel rollers, tire rollers, etc. can be used to compact ordinary asphalt concrete. The initial pressing temperature shall not be lower than 135°C and the final pressing temperature shall not be lower than 70°C. Modified asphalt shall not be compacted with tire rollers. The initial pressing temperature shall not be lower than 70°C. Not lower than 150℃, final pressure temperature not lower than 90℃. For locations that cannot be crushed by large rollers, small rollers or tampers can be used for compaction.
8. Asphalt maintenance or opening to traffic:
After the asphalt paving is completed, in principle, maintenance is required for 24 hours before it can be opened to traffic. If it is really necessary to open to traffic in advance, you can sprinkle water to cool down, and traffic can be opened after the temperature drops below 50°C.
