1. Observe whether there is oil leakage before starting the equipment, whether the valve is closed or abnormal.
2. Burner heating, turn on the power to start when the air pressure is normal, and monitor the power supply and frequency converter to observe whether the hot oil valve is opened correctly and the pressure is normal, and then ignite and ignite the burner to see if it is normal.

3. When filling oil and pumping asphalt, first observe the valve closure to avoid oil leakage. When connecting, observe whether there is oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, stop immediately.
4. Before spreading, the asphalt pump should be heated in advance, the temperature is sufficient, open the asphalt valve, let the asphalt recover, use the temperature as a spray rack on the spray rack, and fix it.
5. The normal process should be observed before spraying, mainly the speed, pump speed and setting content.
6. Test spraying, open one or several nozzles to see if there is oil, and stop immediately if there is no oil.
7. At the beginning of spraying, always pay attention to the road spraying, to see if there are nozzles, obstacles and places where nozzles need to be added or subtracted.
8. At the end of spraying, the spray frame should be closed immediately, and then the asphalt and the pipe of the blowing nozzle should be blown quickly.
9. After cleaning, the spray frame fixed mold, the valve is closed, and then the gas, power supply, power off display, cover the chimney cover, if there is a rainy day, to cover the distribution cabinet.
