Before looking at the problem, let’s first understand the specific structural components of the asphalt spreader truck: the spreader truck consists of a car chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pumping and spraying system, thermal oil heating system, hydraulic system, combustion system, control system, pneumatic System and operating platform composition.
Here are some solutions to common faults encountered by asphalt spreading trucks:

1. The diesel engine of the spreader truck cannot be started continuously for more than 5 seconds, and cannot be started more than three times in a row. If it cannot be started three times, the oil circuit and circuit should be checked.
2. The diesel engine does not start and the asphalt pump cannot be preheated.
3. If the red light of the charging indicator light does not light up, it means that the engine is not charging the battery, and the equipment is faulty. The circuit and electrical appliances should be inspected and repaired.
4. If the starter slips, the position of the starter bracket should be adjusted.
5. During the clutch separation and closing process, pulling the clutch handle can make the clutch separate and combine reliably and smoothly, and there must be no jamming or slipping. Adjusting the clearance between the clutch release lever and the release bearing can be achieved by adjusting the clutch flexible shaft cable.
6. The pump of the asphalt spreading truck has started to rotate but the asphalt has not been sprayed yet.
1) Adjust engine speed;
2) Check whether the asphalt pipeline is blocked;
3) If there is air in the asphalt oil inlet pipe, the asphalt pump can run for 30 seconds and then exhaust the air before absorbing the oil and spraying it.
