Before looking at the problem, let's first understand the specific structural components of the asphalt spreader: the spreader consists of a car chassis, an asphalt tank, an asphalt pumping and spraying system, a thermal oil heating system, a hydraulic system, a combustion system, a control system, a pneumatic system, and an operating platform.

During the construction process, solutions to the faults often encountered by asphalt spreaders are proposed:
1. The diesel engine of the spreader cannot be started continuously for more than 5 seconds, and cannot be started continuously for more than three times. If it cannot be started three times, the oil circuit and circuit should be checked.
2. The diesel engine does not start and the asphalt pump cannot be preheated.
3. The red light of the charging indicator is not on, indicating that the engine has not charged the battery, the equipment has a fault, and the circuit and electrical appliances should be repaired.
4. If the starter slips, the position of the starter bracket should be adjusted.
5. During the clutch separation and engagement process, pulling the clutch handle can make the clutch reliably and smoothly separate and engage, and there must be no stuck and slipping. The clearance between the clutch release lever and the release bearing can be adjusted by adjusting the clutch soft shaft cable.
6. The asphalt spreading truck pump starts to rotate but asphalt is not sprayed yet
1) Adjust the engine speed;
2) Check whether the asphalt pipeline is blocked;
3) There is air in the asphalt oil inlet pipeline. The asphalt pump can be operated for 30 seconds, and then the air is exhausted and the oil is sucked and sprayed.
