Sinoroader horizontal new high-efficiency and energy-saving bitumen heating tank is a coal-fired direct-heating asphalt storage and heating device designed for road construction and maintenance units. This equipment aims to solve the urgent problems of slow asphalt heating speed, high energy consumption, easy aging, and heavy pollution in road construction. Starting from the requirements of the user unit, it changes the traditional design process and adopts measures such as relatively closing the high-temperature area in the bitumen storage container, actively heat-storing the high-temperature part, highly concentrated and graded utilization of heat energy, and improving thermal efficiency. The heating and preheating of asphalt are realized, and the output of high-temperature asphalt and the replenishment of preheated asphalt are carried out in equal amounts, synchronously, and automatically in a closed state. It greatly shortens the heating time, saves energy, eliminates asphalt aging, reduces operating procedures, and reduces equipment investment and asphalt production costs. The equipment is novel in concept, stable in performance, simple to operate, highly safe, and widely usable. It is an ideal replacement product for current asphalt heating equipment.
The finalized products include: GY30, 50, 60, 100 and other models, with storage capacity of 30, 50, 60, 100 cubic meters respectively. The output of high-temperature asphalt of a single heater is 3-5T, 7-8T, 8-12T per hour.
The products mainly include heater, dust collector, induced draft fan, asphalt pump, asphalt temperature display, water level display, steam generator, pipeline and asphalt pump preheating system, steam auxiliary combustion system, tank cleaning system, tank unloading system, oil unloading and tank entry device (optional), etc. All components are installed on (inside) the tank body to form a compact integrated structure.
The equipment is movable as a whole, easy to transport, and does not require foundation construction for installation. It can be placed on a site that has been simply leveled to ignite and produce. During the heating process, the asphalt process is automatically operated under negative pressure, the pump and pipeline are preheated by themselves, and the intermediate procedures do not require direct manual operation. During the operation of the equipment, you only need to add water, coal, remove ash and slag, and pump out high-temperature asphalt.
The use of one or several sets of heaters and various asphalt storage containers of different forms and capacities can form asphalt fields, stations, and warehouses of various sizes. The core components of the product can be used to transform the containers that are still useful. The investment is small and the effect is quick. The cost saved by running 20-30 shifts can recover the investment.
The Sinoroader asphalt heating equipment can reduce the investment of comparable caliber equipment by more than 55%, the number of operators can be reduced by more than 70%, the energy consumption can be saved by more than 60%, and the heating time can be shortened to 40 minutes. The output of a single set can meet the needs of mixers below 160 tons (2000 type).
