Emulsified asphalt equipment is mainly used to heat melt asphalt and disperse asphalt in water with extremely small particles to form an emulsion. The emulsified asphalt equipment mainly adopts high-end PLC control core, equipped with Korean imported frequency converter, and realizes terminal control through touch screen human-machine interface; dynamic metering, so that asphalt and emulsion are output in a stable ratio, and the quality of emulsified asphalt products. In addition, the three-stage high-speed shearing machine selected by the emulsified asphalt equipment has nine pairs of rotor stator shearing grinding discs in one host, and the fineness is as high as 0.5um-1um, accounting for more than 99%; the asphalt pump adopts a domestic brand insulation type three-screw pump.

Sinoroader modified emulsified asphalt equipment has several suggestions during production:
1. The feeding operation should comply with the following regulations:
(1) It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the lifting equipment, and it must not be overloaded.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to stay or walk under the lifting equipment.
(3) When working on the platform, the body must not be leaned out of the guardrail.
2. The following regulations should be observed during operation:
(1) When working in the workshop, the ventilation device must be started.
(2) Before starting the machine, the instrumentation on the control panel and the asphalt level switch must be checked. Only when they meet the requirements can they be started.
(3) Before starting, the solenoid valve must be manually tested, and automatic production can only be started after it is normal.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to clean the filter by reversing the asphalt pump.
(5) Before repairing the asphalt mixing tank, the asphalt in the tank must be emptied, and the tank can only be repaired when the temperature in the tank drops below 45 degrees.
