The rotation direction of the mixing drum should be in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not true, the motor wiring should be corrected.
Secondary leakage protection measures should be implemented for small asphalt mixing plants. Before use, the power supply must be turned on and the empty operation must be qualified before it can be officially used. During the trial operation, it should be checked whether the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Normally, the speed of the empty truck is slightly faster than that of the heavy truck (after loading) by 2-3 revolutions. If the difference is large, the ratio of the moving wheel and the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
When stopping use, the power should be turned off and the switch box should be locked to prevent others from misoperation.
When the mixing of the asphalt station is completed or is expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to removing the remaining materials, use stones and water to pour into the shaking barrel, turn on the machine, and wash away the mortar stuck to the barrel before unloading it. There must be no accumulation of water in the barrel to prevent the barrel and blades from rusting. At the same time, dust accumulated outside the mixing drum should also be cleaned up to keep the machine clean and intact.
After starting up, always pay attention to whether the components of the mixer are operating normally. When shutting down, always check whether the mixer blades are bent and whether the screws are knocked off or loose.
