When purchasing an asphalt mixing station, the manufacturer's technicians made important reminders on the lubrication requirements of the equipment, including the lubrication of each component. In this regard, users have also formulated strict standards to regulate it, as follows:
First, appropriate lubricating oil must be added regularly to each component of the asphalt mixing plant; in terms of the amount of lubricating oil, it must be kept full, and the oil layer in the oil pool should reach the water level specified in the standard, not too much or too little, otherwise it will affect the operation of the parts; in terms of oil quality, it must be clean and must not be mixed with impurities such as dirt, dust, chips and water, so as to avoid damage to the parts of the mixing plant due to poor lubrication.
Second, the lubricating oil in the oil tank must be replaced regularly, and the oil tank must be cleaned before replacement to avoid contamination of the new oil. In order to avoid being affected by external factors, containers such as oil tanks must be kept well sealed so that impurities cannot invade.
