Equipment characteristics: The colored asphalt equipment is a rubber asphalt production equipment designed by our company for the working conditions of regular mobile operations and no thermal oil boiler on site. This equipment is suitable for the preparation, production and storage of various rubber powder modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and colored asphalt. The equipment consists of: mainly tank body (with insulation layer), heating system, automatic temperature control system, weighing and batching system, rubber powder feeding system, mixing system, waste pumping system, etc.

Equipment introduction: The equipment itself has strong heating ability and strong mixing ability, automatic feeding function of rubber powder (or other additives), weighing and batching function, waste pumping and other functions, which can meet the production and preparation needs of various modified asphalts and colored asphalt such as rubber powder modified asphalt under the condition of strong mobile operation and no thermal oil boiler on site.
The heating system equipment uses a diesel burner as the heating source, with a built-in flame burning chamber, and no thermal oil heating jacket outside the burning chamber. There are two sets of heating tubes in the tank, namely the smoke pipe and the hot oil coil. The high-temperature smoke generated by the flame burning passes through the flue in the tank to heat the asphalt heat transfer oil, and then is forced by the heat transfer oil circulation pump to pass through the heat transfer oil coil in the tank for heating. The heating capacity is strong and the asphalt is heated evenly.
The start and stop of the burner are automatically controlled by the heat transfer oil temperature and the asphalt temperature. There is no asphalt temperature sensor in the tank: the heat transfer oil pipeline is equipped with a heat transfer oil temperature sensor. Each temperature sensor corresponds to a digital (temperature) display controller, which intuitively displays the current measured temperature and set temperature in the form of liquid crystal digits on the LCD screen. The upper and lower limits of the heat transfer oil and asphalt temperatures can be freely set according to consumption requirements. When the asphalt or heat transfer oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the burner automatically stops.
