What are the precautions for the safe use of emulsified asphalt equipment?
For each piece of equipment in use, certain safety knowledge must be followed. For the use of emulsified asphalt equipment, detailed instructions are given:
1. Placement: The emulsified asphalt equipment should be placed on a flat place, the front axle should be fixed to the sleepers, and the tires should be dangling. The machine should not be fiddled with at will to affect normal operation.
2. Regularly check whether the mixer blades are deformed and the screws are loose.
3. Check whether the running direction of the mixing drum is consistent with the direction of the arrow. Please replace the positive and negative poles of the terminal.
4. Before turning on the power, check the no-load test run, check for air leakage, and check the idling speed of the mixing barrel. The normal speed is about 3 times faster than the empty car. If not, stop the inspection.
5. If the asphalt material is stopped for one hour after mixing, clean the mixing barrel, pour in clean water, and clean the mortar. Then drain the water. Remember that there must be no water in the barrel to prevent the formula from changing, so that the pages and other links will rust.
