Fixed stabilized soil mixing plants have higher production capacity, but the process is slightly complicated. First, concrete is used as the foundation, and then the equipment is fixed.
Since the quality of asphalt mixture is very important for highway construction projects, there are many issues that need to be paid attention to during the mixing process. When the asphalt mixing plant is working, whether it is the amount of materials added, the method of addition, or the mixing time, all aspects should be strictly controlled. The mixing time should not be reduced due to the pursuit of speed, nor should less addition be regarded as saving. These are incorrect practices.
1. Ensure sufficient amount. In the process of adding admixtures, it should be continued and stable, and the amount supplied must be sufficient, so that the solidification time can be relatively uniform, and the quality of the concrete of the asphalt mixing plant can be guaranteed, and no cracks and other undesirable phenomena will occur.
2. Standard implementation of mixing time. After the addition of materials is carried out correctly, it is necessary to stir them. The purpose of stirring is to mix these materials evenly so that they can play a role. Generally, it should be about three minutes. The mixing time should not be ignored in pursuit of speed, which will lead to unfavorable situations such as reduced strength of the concrete of the asphalt mixing plant.
3. Reasonable mixing. For materials with different mixing requirements, they must be mixed according to their needs, so as to avoid unreasonable mixing materials, which will cause the concrete of the asphalt mixing plant to be unusable, and also waste raw materials.
