(4) When the outdoor temperature is less than -5°C, finished products cannot be stored in colored asphalt finished tanks without thermal insulation equipment and should be drained immediately to prevent the emulsified asphalt from breaking and freezing.
(5) Regularly check whether the wiring joints in the electrical cabinet of the colored asphalt equipment are loose, whether the cables are damaged during transportation, and remove dust to prevent damage to parts. (6) After each shift, the emulsifying machine should be cleaned.
(7) The precision of the variable speed pump used to adjust the flow of colored asphalt equipment should be checked regularly and adjusted and maintained regularly.
