During this operation, the operator should pay attention to its operating status. Only after confirming that the mixing system of the asphalt mixing station is normal can it start formal operation. Under normal circumstances, it cannot be started under load. Secondly, during the entire operation process, the relevant staff should maintain a serious and responsible work attitude, carefully check the operating conditions of each instrument, indicator, belt conveyor and batcher feeding system, and stop the operation immediately if any problem is found in the asphalt mixing plant, and report the problem in time. If it is an emergency, be sure to cut off the power supply and deal with the problem in time. Then, in order to protect production safety, no personnel other than staff are allowed to appear in the working environment during the entire operation process. At the same time, the asphalt mixing plant operator must use the correct method to operate and handle. If a fault is found, it should be repaired by a professional. It should also be noted that the safety cover and mixing cover must not be opened for inspection, lubrication, etc. during the operation, and tools and sticks cannot be directly inserted into the mixing barrel to scrape or clean. During the hopper lifting process, it must be ensured that there are no personnel in the area below it.
In addition, during daily maintenance and maintenance work, attention should also be paid to the personal safety of the staff. For example, when maintaining the asphalt mixing plant at high altitude, more than two staff members should be involved at the same time, and they should wear safety belts and take necessary safety protection. If it is severe weather such as strong wind, rain or snow, the high-altitude maintenance operation should be stopped. It should also be required that all operators wear safety helmets in accordance with regulations. When the work is completed, the power should be turned off and the operating room should be locked. When handing over the shift, the on-duty situation must be reported and the operation of the asphalt mixing plant should be recorded.
