First of all, since we don't know the cause of the fault, we should eliminate it one by one according to experience. Then, let's check the condition of the vibrating screen first, run the asphalt mixing station without load once, and then work normally again, then at this time, just replace the new thermal relay.
If the problem still exists after replacing the new thermal relay, then check the resistance, grounding resistance and voltage of the motor in turn. If all of the above are normal, then pull down the transmission belt, start the vibrating screen, and check the display status of the ammeter. If there is no problem within half an hour of no-load operation, it means that the problem is not in the electrical part of the asphalt mixing plant.
Then, in this case, we can try to refit the transmission belt. After completion, start the vibrating screen. If the eccentric block is found to have a problem, immediately turn off the eccentric block, restart the vibrating screen, and check the current meter display status; the magnetic meter is fixed to the vibrating screen box plate of the asphalt mixing plant, with radial runout markings, check the bearing condition, and measure the radial runout to be 3.5 mm; the bearing inner diameter ellipticity is 0.32 mm.
At this time, in order to solve the tripping problem of the asphalt mixing plant, the measures that need to be taken are to replace the bearing of the vibrating screen, install the eccentric block, and then restart the vibrating screen. If the ammeter indicates normally, it means that the problem is solved.
