1.Cold Aggregates Feeder

It is an equipment of modular structure consisting of some cold aggregate bins, belt feeder and belt conveyor, etc., which is responsible for conveying the discharges from each bin. The belt feeder and belt conveyor are equipped with tensioning device and anti-deflection idler roller to adjust the belt looseness and deflection. Sweeping device inside and outside of belt conveyor can remove the small particles of aggregate adhering to the belt.

2.Pre-Separator and Inclined Belt Conveyor

It is a type of circular vibrating screen, to screen out unqualified aggregates over than 40mm or user’s required max. size and eliminate from mixture, to prevent oversize gravels from entering into drying drum to cause heat loss or possible jamming in hot aggregates elevator.
To convey qualified aggregates continuously and evenly to drying drum. The main and passive rollers of belt conveyor adopt pre-lubricated long-life bearings. Meanwhile tensioning device and anti-deflection idler roller are equipped on belt conveyor to adjust the belt looseness and deflection. And sweeping devices inside and outside of belt conveyor can remove the small particles aggregates adhering to the belt.

3.Drying & Mixing Drum

To heat cold aggregates to temperature requested by mixing finished mixture in the way of parallel-flow rotary drying and heating, and hot asphalt is continuously sprayed in drum through pressured pump. The cold aggregates enter into drum from higher end, where the coal (oil or gas for option) burner is installed to jet flame and hot air in drum for cold aggregates’ heating to target temperature. The drum is placed at an inclination of 3.5-4°, which makes the aggregates could be pushed to the discharge end. Spiral guide plates and lifting boards, whose shape differs from different areas, are built in the drum. After being heated about 3～5min in the drum, the asphalt mixture are scrapped out from discharge port, and then flow into elevating system.

4.Finished Product Discharging System

It mainly consists of bucket elevator and finished product hopper, or belt conveyor and finished product hopper, depending on user’s site condition. Finished product discharged from drum is transferred to finished product hopper and ready for truck loading.

5.Bitumen Feed System

It is an extra part out of basic configuration for user’s selection to buy according to need and actual conditions, such as having asphalt store or not, asphalt purchase cycle, need asphalt heating or not. Generally, 40t high-temperature asphalt tank is a better recommendation (thermal oil heating device is necessary).

6.Dust Removal

Cyclone dust collector as one standard configuration can be the primary dust removal. Wet dust collector, or baghouse dust collector can be the secondary dust removal when higher environmental requests is necessary.

7.Control System

Consists of PLC control system, auto start/ignition system, safety monitoring system, automatic protection system and weighing control system.

Control room: 3000×2200×2500mm.
