Consists of inner tank, thermal insulation materials, housing, separator plate, combustion chamber, bitumen pipelines in tank, thermal oil pipelines, air cylinder, oil filling port, volumeter, and decorating plate, etc. The tank is an elliptic cylinder, welded by two layers of steel plate, and between them rock wool is filled in for thermal insulation, with a thickness of 50~100mm. The tank is covered by stainless steel plate. Sinking trough is set at the bottom of tank to facilitate the discharging of bitumen completely. 5 mounting supports at tank bottom are welded with sub-frame as one unit, and then the tank is fixed on the chassis. The outer layer of combustion chamber is thermal oil heating chamber, and a row of thermal oil pipelines are installed at the bottom. The level of bitumen inside tank is indicated through volumeter.
